ICTS is expanding, and we are looking for a hands-on Technical Leader who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to guide and support a team. You are the technical reference on the workshop floor and lead by example.

This is not a desk job. You work alongside your team on the workshop bays, take the lead when repairs become more complex and set the standard through your own work.

Main tasks:

• Take ownership of the technical know-how within the workshop.

• Handle and support complex repairs and technical challenges.

• Coach and guide mechanics in their daily work.

• Diagnose technical issues and determine the correct repair method.

• Share technical knowlegde and help strengthen the skills of the team.

• Ensure repairs are carried out correctly and according to technical standards.

• Experienced mechanic with a strong background in trucks and/or trailers, preferably both.

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, pneumatical and electrical systems.

• Skilled in fault diagnosis and complex technical repairs.

• Able to guide, coach and lead a team on the workshop floor.

• Language skills: English and/or Dutch (other languages are an advantage).

• Clear and confident communicator, responsible, quality-focused and solution-oriented.
