About this role:
ICTS is expanding, and we are looking for a hands-on Technical Leader who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to guide and support a team. You are the technical reference on the workshop floor and lead by example.
This is not a desk job. You work alongside your team on the workshop bays, take the lead when repairs become more complex and set the standard through your own work.
Main tasks:
Take ownership of the technical know-how within the workshop.
Handle and support complex repairs and technical challenges.
Coach and guide mechanics in their daily work.
Diagnose technical issues and determine the correct repair method.
Share technical knowlegde and help strengthen the skills of the team.
Ensure repairs are carried out correctly and according to technical standards.
Your profile:
Experienced mechanic with a strong background in trucks and/or trailers, preferably both.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, pneumatical and electrical systems.
Skilled in fault diagnosis and complex technical repairs.
Able to guide, coach and lead a team on the workshop floor.
Language skills: English and/or Dutch (other languages are an advantage).
Clear and confident communicator, responsible, quality-focused and solution-oriented.
